Belle Glos Las Alturas Pinot Noir

Concentrated, big, rich and ripe, it offers a very spicy palate with some licorice and cumin seed coming through, supported by a medium level of velvety tannins, lively acidity and finishing very long.  This wine is made with nitrogen gas and needs a good shake prior to drinking-yes; you need to shake this wine!  View the Molly Dooker Shake HERE or come in and ask Justin to do it for you.
Bold flavors of blackberry and black cherry, supported by firm tannins, brown spice and a dark chocolate espresso finish.

Dark Horse Cabernet Sauvignon

Artemis is laced with sweet red berries, plums, flowers, mint and cloves. It is an attractive, medium-bodied wine to drink over the next decade plus, once the tannins begin to soften.  The Artemis is made from both estate and purchased fruit.

Victory DirtWolf Double IPA

Boston Bual still boasts incredible balance and refreshing acidity. The hallmark of this wine is its otherworldly complexity, featuring cinnamon-clove spiciness with overtones of citrus peel and woodsmoke. There is just enough sweetness to excel as an after-dinner wine, but its long, dry finish also makes it work beautifully with food.

An elegant tawny, perfumed with soft tannins and a good edge of wood acidity and spirit. The wine is dry, densely flavored, tasting mature, showing a good balance between young sweetness and age, with everything well integrated.

This dangerously delicious recipe features often subtle, but sometimes assertive signatures of American hop varieties. Look for: Citra: heavy citrus aroma, fruity flavor; Chinook: grapefruit, resinous pine; Simcoe: dry, piney; and Mosaic: earthy and mildly floral, with notes of sweet citrus and spice.

Aromas of black cherry, plum and raspberry fruit combine with a beautiful hint of vanilla-oak loveliness, smoothly textured in mouth, very creamy and round, the finish is long and has lush jammy fruit — this wine is dangerously good. Remember – you are what you drink.

Molly Dooker Shiraz

Scurvy is an IPA from Tyranena Brewing Co that's brewed with dried orange peel. Not surprisingly, the aroma is laced with notes of orange rind, but we also get hints of floral hops and earthy pine. On the palate, those citrus notes kick into high gear for a nice smack of bitterness right up front, followed with a touch juicy melon to even things out a bit. Scurvy pours a beautiful reddish-amber in color, so there's a slightly caramelized, malty backbone to lend a little sweetness and combat all of those hops. At 6.5 percent alcohol content, Scurvy is a medium-bodied, but drinkable IPA that's pleasantly bitter and pretty damn refreshing.

New Glarus DIPA

Aromas of juicy dark fruit, moist soil, vanilla and coco burst out of the glass.  The palate is so rich that it can almost be chewed on; this wine has structural integrity with great depth.  If you are looking for a wine for a special occasion this is it! According to Christine, this is one of the best bottles of wine in the store.
