Megan's Pick

Ehlers Merlot

This producer makes a perennial standout of the variety. It is subdued and elegant in its approach to the lengthy layered weight and the integrated fruit. Plum, cedar and black licorice form a core of flavor over soft supple tannin and peppery oak, ending in a burst of spice and leather.

Christine's Pick

Belle Glos Las Alturas Pinot Noir

Aromas of juicy dark fruit, moist soil, vanilla and coco burst out of the glass.  The palate is so rich that it can almost be chewed on; this wine has structural integrity with great depth.  If you are looking for a wine for a special occasion this is it! According to Christine, this is one of the best bottles of wine in the store.

Justin's Pick

Newton Unfiltered Chardonnay

Napa, CA- One of the top California Chardonnay's, this rich, opulent wine features a fantastic bouquet of citrus and melon, with hints of lavender and smoke. On the palate, notes of orange marmalade, caramel, and honeysuckle are balanced with buttery oak on the long, complex finish.

Shanice's Pick

Bootleg Prequel Red Blend

Prequel Red Wine embraces unconstrained winemaking. But while Bootleg focuses on the Napa Valley, Prequel captures the best of Sonoma County in each blend. This is a luscious wine with supple tannins and a velvety, lingering finish. Aromas of lavender, blueberry and bacon smoke are followed by flavors of forest fruits, toasted oak and black pepper. Prequel, which released two years after Bootleg, tells the story of events preceding those pictured on Bootleg's label—a "Prequel" so to speak...
