My wife and I,(Christine and Justin) , started The Bottle Room in June of 2012. But inspiration came well before we met. Both of us had a passion and craving for good food, wine and social enlightenment. Christine served at The Melting Pot and I started a wine club with some friends. The goal was to learn more about the culture that surrounds wine and craft beer. Questions like why do we pair wines with food or is there really coffee in my beer developed a constant curiosity surrounding these social beverages. In these quick blog posts I want to share with you the behind the scene journey that has carved out the current model for The Bottle Room.
