The best advice I can give is to enjoy a glass of what you like. But the only way to determine what you like is to taste it. So I highly encourage going to tastings whenever you can. Christine and I would seek out tastings around the Fox Valley to taste a variety of wines or beers without having to purchase a bunch of bottles. And the fun part is that each tasting provided a new piece of information. Whether it was a fun fact about wine/beer making or actually tasting a new wine or beer that we had never had before. Over time we discovered what we truly enjoyed. Those were the bottles that made up our cellar. aka: The Basement
